Claim for whiplash compensation

Have you ever suffered from whiplash?

In this hub im going to ramble on about whiplash injury, how they occur and why you should always a claim If it does happen to you.

Whiplash is defined as and injury to the neck which involves the backward jilting of the neck which results in the abrasion of the muscles of the neck, and can be quite painful, this pain can sometimes spread.

For the relief of pain you can get proper medication from your doctor, but exercises, physical manipulation, massage, heat, ice, syringe injections and ultrasound waves are all beneficial. Most symptoms should resolve themselves within several months for most people who have whiplash but chronic conditions should be investigated further and may need surgery.--Carolyn Clayton

Whiplash injury is usually the result of a minor car accident, if you have suffered whiplash injury, and have suffered in silence, it would be unfair on you to suffer in silence.

Whiplash Usually occurs when a driver doesnt pay attention to cars in the road ahead of them or does not leave a sufficient braking distance, causing this type of accident, it becomes quite clear that they have acted without due care and responsibility. It should be noted however that ‘rear end jerks’ are not the only accidents in which a whiplash injury can be sustained.

It can result in headeaches dizziness, disorientation, and pains in the shoulders and pins and needles in the arms.

It is for this reason that you should always enquire about making a claim for whiplash if you have suffered as a result of it. If someone collides with your car and you suffer whiplash as a result then you are entitled to receive compensation. There are too many people out there that are too ready to accept resonsibility for accidents that befall them, but again this is unfair both to you and to the rest of society, it is your right as a human being to claim rightful compensation for any sufferings that befall you, that are not directly the result of you deliberatly bringing about and accident.

You need to find a capable solicitor that explains everything clearly. Some law companies have hidden costs that you need to be aware of.so for this reason finding a company that offers straightforward advice for no charge is the best place to begin searching.

You should not suffer in silence, many people every day neglect to claim for whiplash. Compensation claims for whiplash are usually successful, the amount of money awarded however varies due to the severity of the accident and who the blame sits with.

    • For whiplash that is caused by car accidents, the severity depends on the velocity of the impact, the position you were seated in your car, and if you were properly seatbelted using a shoulder and seat belt.

    • Tests Indicate that the soft fleshy tissues in your cervical spine have an injury threshold of around 8mph—that is, if you're rear-ended by someone going 8mph or slower, you have a lower chance of getting whiplash. Most back end-end car accidents occur usually at speeds of 5-11mph.

    • If you have been in a car accident, even if your car didn't take any damage and you don't feel any pain you should still schedule an appointment with your doctor, it could produce delayed injury.
